A short animated essay on making independent projects. The video goes through making Fox and the Whale as well as a brief look at some new work , in progress.
For those curious, a few technical details…
On the audio side this is a continuation of working in Ambisonics. The toolkit used here are a set of plugins from IEM and Audio Brewers. Sound design & mix is done in Reaper. It is decoded for standard stereo listening. I hope the experience is immersive and engaging.
The new bridge scenes were animated on the Ipad using Toonsquid and edited in Davinci Resolve.
